All supplies are purchased from a third-party manufacturer and Lovely Victoriana Letters and Love Stories shall not be held liable for any damages, directly or indirectly, any allergies to materials or any mishaps, losses or harm from the usage or handling of these commonly-used materials.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer for however they decide to use, handle and store any products/services obtained through Lovely Victoriana Letters and Love Stories.
We always do our best to make sure that your Lovely Victoriana Literary Boxes arrive on time, safely and in great condition but sometimes things happen, during shipping, which are beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, wear and tear from rough handling in postal facilities and dampness due to inclement weather during the shipping process.
On occasion, a box may go missing in the mailing system. This, too, is beyond our control and we recommend allowing sufficient time for delivery. If, by chance, a box has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time and you are concerned about it, please feel free to contact us and we will look into it with the postal service.
