Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business/services/products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Replacements
We do not provide replacements for the boxes and/or any of the box contents, including, but not limited to, letters and products. Occasionally, however, we may make exceptions to this rule and consider providing a replacement for certain items, but ONLY under certain circumstances and according to the following strict guidelines. We MUST be contacted immediately (within 24 hours) of your receiving the box/letters/items and then, from there, we will evaluate the issue and assess whether or not a replacement is necessary and/or feasible. Please note: If, by chance, a replacement is approved by us, a fee will be required by you (the customer/recipient). This would be a reasonable fee + the additional cost of shipping the replacement to you. You will also need to have a receipt as proof of purchase. If necessary, you may also be required to provide photo proof of the issue, provide further information, etc.
